Who We Are
Changing Destinies Ministry is a nonprofit organizations committed to both prevention and restoration. Through Rachel's Refuge, we provide long-term Christ-centered residential care to women who have survived sex trafficking. In addition to residential services, we are deeply involved in community awareness, prevention education, and collaborative partnerships focused on protecting vulnerable individuals and strengthening our communities.

At Rachel’s Refuge, we believe healing is a journey—not a destination. Survivors of trafficking and exploitation need more than a safe place to stay. They need time, space, community, faith, and intentional support to heal from trauma, rediscover who they are, and build a sustainable future.
The Refuge Journey is an up to 24-month, Christ-centered pathway designed to move women from safety and stabilization to restoration, independence, and purposeful reintegration.
First, she finds safety.
Then, she finds healing.
Then, she finds herself.
Finally, she finds her place in the world.
