Musician and Auctioneer
In addition to being a gifted musician, Scott can add warmth to any setting with his jovial personality and great sense of humor. Performing with groups in the plains of South Dakota, Scott has been playing his guitar and blessing many with his musical talents for about 45 years. He has opened for major acts on festival stages, as well as doing small intimate rooms at coffee houses and art centers. As a significant supporter and musician in the Sandhills, he has performed for many audiences and organizations. Those in Moore County and Changing Destinies are very blessed to have Scott joining us.
April Collins, Program Director
Carolina Philharmonic Orchestra – Strings – led by April Collins – Several years ago, Moore County elementary schools lost their Junior Orchestra program due to statewide budget cuts. Through private funding, the program was relaunched serving children grades three through twelve. The Carolina Philharmonic Junior Orchestra (CPJO) now provides exciting performing opportunities for young musicians in Moore County, NC. We are excited to have these young musicians performing soft music during the dinner hour.
